Terms of Service

1. Services

ME3 Digital will provide UGC content creation services as described in the client’s selected package (Starter, Growth, or Scale). All deliverables are outlined at the time of package selection.

2. Minimum Commitment Period

All plans require a 2-month minimum commitment. No cancellation or refund requests will be honored within the first 60 days of service.

3. Cancellation Policy

After the initial 2-month minimum period, clients may cancel at any time by providing 30 days’ written notice to contact@me3digital.com. Service will continue through the end of the 30-day notice period and the client will be billed accordingly.

4. Recurring Billing

Monthly recurring plans are billed automatically on the same date each month. By selecting a recurring plan, you authorize ME3 Digital to charge your payment method on file each month until cancellation is received and processed.

5. Content Ownership & Usage Rights

Upon receipt of full payment, all content assets created become the exclusive property of the client. Usage rights are granted per the selected plan:
• Starter: Organic social, website, and email use (1 year)
• Growth: Organic social, website, email, and OTA platforms (2 years)
• Scale: Perpetual unlimited rights across all platforms

6. Content Overnight Stays

Growth and Scale plans include required content overnight stays at the client’s property. Accommodation must be provided by the client. ME3 Digital requires a minimum of 2 weeks’ advance notice to schedule overnight shoots.

7. Revisions

One round of revisions is included per video deliverable. Additional revision rounds may be requested at ME3 Digital’s standard hourly rate.

8. Scheduling & Availability

Content shoots are scheduled based on mutual availability. ME3 Digital will make reasonable efforts to accommodate client preferences for seasonal and time-sensitive content.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes shall be resolved in Knox County, Tennessee.
